Renfei Tan

I am a second-year PhD student at MIT, affiliated with the Institute for Data, Systems, and Society (IDSS) and the Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems (LIDS). My advisor is David Simchi-Levi.

Before joining MIT, I acquired my Bachelor's degree majoring in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, at the College of Engineering, Peking University.

My research interests broadly include operations research and game theory. More specifically, I am exploring ways to combine casual inference techniques with revenue management.
